Couples looking for a comfy retreat
We had a memorable evening dinner that was light years ahead of what you'd expect from a typical pub meal, it felt special- like I was dining with royalty. Waking up to the English breakfast was like heaven. the taste just blew me away, was a perfect start to the day.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, I’d say it was worth every penny.

The Eight Bells Inn offered a lovely atmosphere with charming stone architecture and warm wooden beams. I really enjoyed the cozy feel of the pub, especially during breakfast. The food was exceptional—huge portions and wonderfully tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. the TV in my room had some issues with green speckles and strange noises, which were a bit distracting. The shower pressure could definitely have been improved—it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the stay. Despite these minor flaws, my time there was truly memorable.

The Eight Bells Inn boasts charming Cotswold stone architecture, with beautiful old stone fireplaces and wooden beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Accessibility features made it comfortable for me, as a senior, to move around freely.
A more variety in shower options would be appreciated.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored beautiful countryside and enjoyed a peaceful summer break. The characterful place offered delicious breakfasts and attentive service that made our stay easy. We even secured a fantastic Cotswold tour with luggage drop-off. Highly recommend the cozy pub for dinner!
Unfortunately, the shower temperature in our room was really frustrating, fluctuating between scalding hot and too cold, making it difficult to enjoy a proper wash.

We spent two nights in a cozy double room, and the food was absolutely divine, especially the breakfast spread. I loved relaxing in the charming garden area and enjoying some live entertainment in the evenings. The stairs were a bit steep, but it didn’t ruin our overall enjoyment at all! 😊
